👩‍💻 Role Responsibilities:

• Buckle up and jump into the AI train to help us ease connection between clients and finance professionals
• Transform creative ideas into fully functional software from concept to production 
• Think about the actual problems in front of us rather than prematurely optimizing to address future problems that may never materialize
• Create, refine and fix our existing codebase mostly in Ruby on Rails and React

📚 Required Skills:

• Verbal and written communication skills in French and English
• Comfortable in highly collaborative, startup environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
• 5+ years of backend development in Ruby on Rails
• Competent with front-end development in React using Typescript
• Great communication skills 
• Motivated, eager to learn about new technologies with an exceptional work ethic
• Ability to build scalable and maintainable architectures

💡 Bonus Points:

• Already experimented with AI in any kind (Generative AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, training)
• Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes
• Skilled with AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform
• Mobile development experience on iOS
• Any NodeJS experience
• Understanding of web app security best practices
