Pro comes with a 30-day free trial, no credit card, extended to 60 days with the Founder offer until October 1, 2026. You get the full Pro plan: Welters, client Spaces, smart document requests, the PDF Workbench. When it ends, pick a plan or your account becomes a free account: your Spaces are archived, nothing is deleted, and everything comes back the day you subscribe.

For CPA accounts created before October 1, 2026: 50% off Pro for 12 months ($100 a month instead of $200, or $960 a year) and a 60-day trial instead of 30. The price is locked for the full 12 months, on monthly and annual billing.

Welters reads the file (PDFs, Excel, scans) and runs the analysis for the mission you pick: audit, review, compilation, specific procedures. Every figure in an answer links to the page it came from, calculations are run and verified rather than guessed by the model, and a second model cross-checks each answer. Deliverables export to Word and Excel once you have signed off.

People, companies, SINs and addresses are replaced by synthetic identities before analysis. You load the reference standards your firm works with and Welters answers against them. Human review mode lets you validate each source, citation and calculation one by one before an answer is marked verified.

A Space is a private, branded portal for one client or one deal. Inside it you send as many document requests as the file needs: the first list, the missing pieces, the co-borrower, the collateral property. Your client sees everything in one place.

Your clients never pay anything; the subscription is yours. To send documents they need no account either: a private link and a verification code, and they are done. To use the full Space (chat, video calls, shared files), they create a free account in two clicks from your invitation.

Yes. Everything is hosted in Canada, encrypted in transit and at rest, and WelcomeSpaces is SOC 2 certified. Document analysis runs inside the platform on your account only. When a file has to go to an outside tool, the PDF Workbench blacks out personal data first.

Write to us from the app and we confirm within one business day. Your plan runs to the end of the period you already paid, then stops. Your domain is registered in your name and stays yours, and you can export your contacts and download your files before the account closes.
